Our mission
The Elphinstone Rainbow Warriors aim to protect natural forests surrounding Mt. Elphinstone by practicing non-violent civil disobedience, living naturally in a more sustainable, as non earth-harming of a way as possible, and offering a place for others to do the same. Our goal is to change from the perspectives in our current society to a new, more balanced way of respecting all life.
Dave
Dave is a dedicated activist. He currently is managing the forest protection camp. Although he supports many causes around BC, he has considered the forests of Mt. Elphinstone his home since 2012.
Garvin
Garvin values clean air and flourishing forests. He quit his job after realizing money doesn't make him happy. He is here to learn about protecting earths valuable natural forests, how to live in a less harmful and more sustainable way, and be a part of a loving supportive community.
Megan
Megan is passionate about sustainable communities and supporting projects that she values. This season, she is assisting with coordination and outreach.
